Les\u00a0recherches et les initiatives\u00a0 men\u00e9es dans ce domaine portent principalement sur l&rsquo;inventaire des diverses vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de dattes et\u00a0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de leurs conditions de culture, de leurs qualit\u00e9s et de leur commercialisation, ainsi que sur leurs valeurs nutritives et m\u00e9dicinales. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>1. ECONOMIE ET COMMERCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Le commerce des dattes. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Le commerce des dattes repr\u00e9sente un secteur \u00e9conomique important, avec un grand potentiel de d\u00e9veloppement. Des pays comme la Tunisie ou Israel, avec moins de 3% de la production mondiale en quantit\u00e9, se trouvent ainsi au premier rang des exportations en valeur mon\u00e9taire.
