Phoenix theophrasti est un palmier autochtone, que l'on trouve sur les côtes et les îles de la Mer Egée (Grèce et Turquie). Il s’agit de populations spontanées, aujourd'hui menacées de disparition à la suite de l'introduction du charançon rouge (Rhynchophorus ferrugineus).<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
